Rates For The Kona Beach House:
Generally, our rate starts at between $179 & $209 nightly for up to 4 guests.
Additional guests are generally $10 - $15 each, per night.
We usually have a 5 night minimum stay.
(7 night minimum for peak Winter and Special Event dates)
One time $190 Housekeepng Fee.
Add mandatory Accommodations Tax of 13.42%.
Special rates and longer minimum stays for Ironman Triathlon and Peak Winter Season apply. Ironman rates add $100 nightly for the first 7 night minimum. (Rates are Seasonal in Hawaii!) We generally will be at full house capacity at 8 adults, with floor futons or a sleeper couch available for up to 4 smaller children. Also, we generally require a Damage Deposit , which is fully refundable by check within 10 days, in accordance with the condition the house and it's contents are left at check out. Due to Insurance regulations, no keys will be issued to persons under 25 years old.

►$100 will hold your reservation until 60 days prior. 50% due at 60 days, remaining due at 30 days. For your protection as well as ours, we require a Rental Agreement to be signed and returned.

►"High Season", Holiday, and Ironman rates and policies are different, please inquire.
►We accept Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Credit Cards thru Paypal. However Paypal now charges an additional convenience fee of 3 to 4%, and this will be added to the rate.
►Last Minute discounts are a possibility, please inquire! Last minute bookings require full payment immediately. If within 7 days, Paypal is the only payment option accepted for last minute, and their fee will be added.

Our Cancellation Policy
We do understand that our guests sometimes must cancel for unforeseen reasons, and we feel we have one of the most reasonable Cancellation Policies.
Cancellation:
91 days prior to travel commencement: will be given a full refund of all amounts on deposit, less a $25 fee.
31 to 90 days prior to travel commencement: will be given a refund less 20% of the amount on deposit.
30 days or less prior to travel commencement: No refunds will be given.
Due to the demand during certain times, no refunds will be given for December dates, Special Events, such as Ironman, other Triathlon Events, or Canoe Club Races, etc. unless canceled 91 days in advance of arrival.
